Netgear CM2000 or Arris S33 Modem (Redwood City)

I know this is a longshot, but if anyone is upgrading and has either of these two models available, I certainly would appreciate is. Trying to set up my son’s first apartment, and these are the two models that would work with his internet connection. Very tight young person’s budget, so I thought I’d ask first!
