Panettone (Slade Green DA8)

Someone gave it to me as a present, but I cannot have it as it has alcohol. I opened the box, not realising it has alcohol, and only then read the ingredients list. It smells and looks nice, don't want to throw it in the bin. Maybe someone will appreciate it.
