RV Queen Mattress from a 2022 Forest River No Boundaries (aka NoBo) 19.8 Travel Trailer. We just replaced it with our Queen from home after upgrading our bedroom mattress to a King (see my other auction for the free Queen box spring and metal frame).
RV mattress is in great shape, only did a couple trips a year with it. Pillow top style but thinner than a residential mattress as is common with these. Comes with a bedspread-material style cover as well (light brown cover in first pic).
