Men's pants 42x32 & shoes 10-13 (Columbia Heights)

I am a social worker at a residential hospital. Gentlemen on many of the units could use some shoes -- preferably slip-on shoes. Laces will need to be removed from athletic shoes but we can provide the elastic things to replace laces. No hard sole shoes or heavy boots.
One charming but hard-to-please guy needs 30x32 pants. Thanks!!!
