Dolls house (Wells BA5)

This house was made by the “landlady’s”grandpa. I hope the new owner will enjoy playing with it.

It is fully furnished.

The present landlady is now a teenager and her interests lie elsewhere. But a new, younger landlord or landlady may have tenants who are eager to move in.

There is no stamp duty payable on transfer!
