This faux leather couch is in pretty good shape, but it does have a couple of small tears as shown in one of the pictures. You may not want it in your main living area, but it would work great for a workshop, basement, or garage. You could throw a couch cover on it. My new couch is arriving next week so I’d like to find a home for this ASAP. You will have to pick it up and bring some help because there won’t be anyone available to help you. Please message me if you would like it. I had someone who wanted it but they just backed out.
