Bar soap holder (SE DC (Ward 7))

This is called The Dry Bar Soap Holder. You stick it on your shower wall, put the bar of soap in vertically, and the water drips through the bottom so the soap can dry rather than sitting in a soap dish melting your soap and creating buildup.

Sticks to the wall with that double-sided foam-type tape, which you would need to replace since the current tape is years old.
