Cherry wood piece, but I won't have the time or space to transform it. You will need a truck and an appliance dolly to secure it. No stairs, I have an elevator for moving. It still has a working plug and electrical socket inside as well as a slide out TV shelf, but I use it for storage. Bottom cabinet door needs a hinge adjustment in order to close tightly. Has some visible wear on finish. Two people is recommended to move it. If you can move it, you can have it. 82 H x 38 W x 21 D. Uptown Dallas.
