Table lighter (Forest Hill SE23)

Table lighter in the shape of a Policeman's Helmet with what looks like a Victorian badge. It doesn't work but I expect it only needs a new flint and some gas. The item was an unexpected extra in an eBay bulk purchase. As an ex-smoker its the last thing I'd want lying around. Marked Japan in the side of the mechanism. Offered to someone who will promise me that they won't sell it on.
