Needs 3 AAA batteries. Makes periodic creepy noises as it travels back and forth along the 25-foot cord. About 2 feet in height when it is hanging. Requires some finessing to make the cord tight enough, but it is unique and cool! Sold by Target maybe 15 years ago.
