Petite/small women's down coat (Clinton Hill)

I am giving away a small, black Canada Goose brand winter coat. The size is P/S but the arms are too long for me. It was gifted to me by a friend who got it from a neighborhood buy nothing group. It's not in perfect condition, but it's quite warm. There is damage to one of the lapels and wear on the hood. I already have a black down coat, so I'd like to give this one to a petite adult or young person (with long arms) who could really use a winter coat.
