This is a well-used and well-loved kitchen. It includes floor & wall-mounted cupboards, drawers, 1.5 sink & drainer, double oven & gas hob.

This kitchen is approximately 15 years old. Some of the cupboard & drawer doors need some attention or replacing as some of the trim is coming away. Please see photos.

The Howdens black sparkly worktop is circa 8 years old but is in a very good condition as we always use chopping boards.

The double electric oven and gas hob are included. They are both well used. The front right hand gas rings on the hob doesn't work at present but that might be able to be fixed with the right know-how or perhaps just a clean of the jets.

This kitchen might be a well-used and well-loved but it could definitely do someone a turn or perhaps it could go into someone's garage for extra storage or even a rental property if you're trying to keep the cost down...

Please note that the bar stools, tap, microwave, butchers block & washing machine shown in the photos are NOT included in the sale. The bar stools have been sold. I'm keeping the other items and planning on putting the lino in another room if possible.

This kitchen is completely free of charge but you will need to come and uninstall it and take it away today or tomorrow (Sat 25th / Sun 26th January) from Frimley GU167JX.

The gas hob has already been disconnected. If it doesn't go this weekend, it will probably end up in the skip so I do hope someone can rescue it!
