Garden incinerator (Droitwich WR9)

I'm starting up a community garden in Kidderminster and could use an incinerator to help clear some of the debris I am cutting down, oil drum, washing machine drum, anything to help contain a small fire. Thanks - Jelleyman's Community Garden (I live in Droitwich though)
