We're offering up this attractive and handy sofa bed as we reconfigure the room. It's in good condition and is comfy as both a bed and a sofa.
It will need two strong people to help lift it out of the building and down four steps, and a van to pick it up.

As a bed: H 43cm, W 125cm, L 190cm
