Tyres 205/45/17 (Coventry exhall)

Hi I'm in kind of difficult situation as my rear tyre is damaged and can not be fixed. I can't drive to collect any tyres from second had or buy new one at the momment and I need my car for Friday morning so wondering if anyone have spare tyres which will hold pressure and have some tread left. I can pay for petrol if needed. Thanks a lot
