Measures 210W x 76H x 84D cm in very good, used condition (cushion not included!)

Located on 3rd floor with no lift (or 2nd floor if you don't include the Raise Ground). Does fold down to fit through doors as in Pic 3, but will require 2 people to transport, and appropriate transport.
