Free - Mobile Clothes Rack
In perfect working order - can be made very compact (see first photo) but the ends of the rack extend quite far for extra capacity (see second photo)
It is quite lightweight, so maybe not suitable for very heavy loads, and it readily dismantles for easy transportation.
