Office or gaming chair (Harrogate HG1)

I am in need of an office or gaming chair, can't really afford to get a new one at the moment, just needs to be one that doesn't creak, as I live 4 floors high and the one I use now creeks and a neighbour has complained, so to fix this I need to find one, will be very greatful, just don't want to be evicted from the place I have lived for 15 years over a chair.
