I have two pieces of stormguard threshold trim. They would fit a wooden door but I don't think they are designed to fit together. There is one piece which would fit to the bottom of a door and another that would be fitted to the threshold. Both are brass-look with black rubber seals. Both are brand new and the threshold trim has it's protective film. There are two printed fitting instructions leaflets.
