Ferrex drill and/or charger (CT11)

My ALDI Ferrex 14.4v drill has stop working.
 I don't know if its the charger or the drill that is faulty.
 if anyone has got either or both that they don't use anymore, working or not working, I'd be extremely grateful (although it says I am 250 miles away I am actually staying in Ramsgate for a while)
