Apple ipod ear buds -not working (Toronto)

Apple brand earphones
Ipod pro wireless Bluetooth in ear headphones

I can't seem to get them to charge so right now they're not able to connect but maybe they'll work in a new charging case I think. Alternatively the case may be OK and the mini battery inside the earphone could need replacement.
