old slimming world book red/green (Ringwood)

I am looking for a very old slimming world book I remember having when I used to go to class it was when they did the red and green days which I always found the best and wondered if anybody had an old copy of the book hanging around they do not need I can collect. It’ll be amazing thank you. Think it’s time I started again
