Lockable steel box. (Westwood BA15)

This was being thrown away at a place I was working, so I took it. Ten years later, I still haven't found a use for it...

I don't know exactly what it is or what it was originally for. Steel box, made out of 2mm thick steel. 48.5cm long, 61cm wide, including side pieces, and 23.5cm high. Weighs 18kg.

Lockable, two keys included. However, as you can see from the photos, it has 'holes' in the back.
