Bring your own tools to disassemble. Pickup is in the KT1 area (Eden street), across the street from the O'Neill's pub, but you can't park there, there is always a warden ready to slap a ticket on your windshield. There must be a place around the corner in the Union street, but that will be quite a lot of carrying. Also the flat is on the third floor with no elevator. Best if you bring a buddy to assist.
