Circular decorative “trellis” (Great Eccleston PR3)

Hi, could anyone use this large, lightweight wheel with spokes. It was originally the base of a glass topped garden table. I had good intentions of use it for climbing plants up against it but have never got round to it and my husband would like it gone. It’s not heavy but quite big.
