Hood from Jacket (Wolfe & Reed)

This is a weatherproof, polyester(?) zip-off hood from a jacket. It is navy, with sky-blue trim. It is brand new, as it was removed before the jacket was worn.
No, I don't know the jacket brand. This came from my mother-in-law.
