Old bicycles (EVEN HUNK OF RUST) (Coquitlam Maillardville)

Hello,
I am hoping to pick up an old bicycle that I could repair for a family member in need of one

I am ‘okay’(?) with rusty bikes(?)
Okay, maybe what I wrote in the title was a tiny tIny exaggeration, but I am okay with a spot of rust patch on the bottom of the bicycle, etc.
