building materails (gresham historic southeast)

i have to sell the house me abd my partner are living in and want to try to get as good a start on a new home for us as possible by putting a little work into this house before we move . i am asking any building materials available would be appricated . list includes white paint, brushes roller covers , drywall, concrete board for tile backing , drywall mud , tap , sand paper , nails screws and fasteners , light switch and plate covers white , 1*2 boards 1*4 boards 2*4 boards . i thank you very much i'm disabled and on very limited income and could use whatever anyone has available to help this cause of our family's . thank you again
