Office chair from Staples (Derry and Tenth Line)

Comfortable office chair at Derry/Tenth line. Smoke free and pet free home. I’m light-weight so the cushioning is still very good.
Full disclosure- it has faux leather which has peeled off so it isn’t pretty, but a sheet or throw would solve that quickly.
Height adjustable, seat and back can tilt, has castors, arm rests are also height adjustable.
Please advise day and time for porch pick up
