Philips Laser Hair Lumia Precision Plus (Clevelode WR13)

This has stopped working. I have put in a new battery but still cannot get it to work. Maybe there is a clever engineer who could do what I can't, before I put it in the recycling electrical goods. They cost over £300 new! Been kept in a good clean condition. Collect from Clevelode (between Callow End and Hanley Castle on B4424.
