necessities (Carmichael ca)

I was wondering if any one had a cell phone by chance they longer need or a few other things I'm in my early 30s currently experienced domestic violence attack was almost fatal I did get away but I do not have no family my father pasted away but on father day I don't have anyone I'm close to I do have my little dog with me 2yrs and we do not have safe place.... basically I'm asking for a lot but not expecting much ,I really am scared someone will flag my post so please contact me if ubr able to help in any way thank u soooo much
