About 10' x 10', has been damaged by carpet moths in the areas that were under furniture. Would not recommend having it in your house unless you treat it first as may still be harbouring some moth larvae but would be ok for a playhouse or workshop or something? It's rolled up but still about 10' long obviously. Please say when you can collect when requesting.

Loft ladder from b and q I think. No pole (we need it to open the hatch still, sorry!) Or screws. It measures 280cm fully extended, our ceiling is about 245cm and we replaced it when we increased insulation. There is some surface rust on the hinge attachment (pictured) but it still feels solid, and the ladder rests on the floor and against the edge of the loft when you're climbing it anyway... Please say when you can collect when you request it.
