Free: Bedroom Curtains (Catshill B61) Gifted 93d - These are a pair of expensive lined beige bedroom curtains as shown, each 120cm high x 200cm wide. They're in good condition & were last cleaned a couple of years ago - they come with curtain hooks attached. Collection from Catshill B61 0NN most days after 12pm, if you give me a half-hour time slot when you intend to collect & your mobile number in case of difficulty. You'll need a car to collect I think as they're fairly bulky. The reason I'm gifting these is that I've just replaced them with blackout curtains as I'm rather susceptible to glare from the sun.

Free: Pair of Bedroom Curtains (Catshill B61) Gifted 100d - As I've just replaced these with some blackout curtains, I'm giving away a pair of expensive lined beige bedroom curtains as shown, each 120cm high x 200cm wide. Free: Shoe Rack (Catshill B61) Gifted 105d - I'm giving away this shoe rack as shown as I've just replaced it with another one. It consists of plastic sides 23" high and four 7"x16" hollow tubular racks, made of 16 hollow aluminium tubes, and can be easily assembled & disassembled very quickly. Collection from Catshill B61 0NN most days after noon.

Free: Artificial LED-lit Topiary Balls (Catshill B61) Gifted 125d - I have two of these to give away as shown - one old & one new & each being about 25-30cm or 10" in diameter and which can be hung up as you can see - both of them being battery-powered & which you can turn on or off using the button on the battery container - both of which have the same fault as the thin insulated cable connecting the battery container to the topiary ball has broken. They are both repairable without too much difficulty I think by anybody who's handy with a soldering iron, and would then simply need 3 AA batteries in one and 4 AA batteries in the other. Free: Energy Sistem DVD Player (Catshill B61) Gifted 131d - I am giving away an Energy Sistem dvd-usb d1 DVD Player as I've upgraded to a more expensive model. This a small top-loading dvd player which will connect to your monitor/tv or other device via the supplied SCART connector rather than the more recent HDMI interface. Request: Serendipity Mug (B61) Expired 1y - I've had one of these mugs - with the quote from Horace Walpole who coined this word - for over 11 years - and it's my most treasured breakfast item I wake up to with tea every morning! - but unfortunately it's just become badly chipped (sob). If, therefore, you have one to give away, I would be so hugely grateful, thank you thank you thank you!

Free: Cufflinks (Catshill B61) Expired 1y - I have these three embroidery-type cufflinks in black, white & yellow to give away, as you can see in the photo ... I'm not sure how I acquired them & I don't think they've ever been used, but you're welcome to them if you'd like them!

Free: Wicker Basket (Catshill B61) Gifted 1y - Wicker basket in reasonable condition, suitable for fruit or anything you like, size 17"x12"x5" (inches) including handles - just giving it away as we don't have the space for it any more!

Free: Proline 700w Microwave (Catshill B61) Gifted 1y - Proline 700w white Microwave - pretty old but has been very reliable for a long time, was still working when last used, and comes with full manual & cookbook!

Free: Acer Netbook (Catshill B61) Gifted 1y - I’m giving away again, this time, an Acer netbook as shown, which I've refurbished with a new operating system, Linux Mint. (Netbooks are small laptops without a built in disk drive, but you can buy plug-in USB disk drives fairly cheaply on eBay.) This is an old-but-goodish 64-bit basic computer, not a gaming pc or anything with high-end graphics or superfast processor, but it should do the essentials & have most of the software you might need - Linux software is pretty well all free. The accompanying photos show what it looks like, plus it comes with a power lead/adapter to charge or run it off the mains. It also has a touchpad, although if you prefer to use a wi-fi mouse, these can be obtained very cheaply via eBay. Along with its easy-to-use Linux Mint operating system with the Mate desktop environment, it comes with entirely-free & Microsoft-compatible complete office, internet, media & utilities software suites including LibreOffice, Firefox browser, Thunderbird email, VLC media player, GIMP image editor, and many more plus access to the free Flathub software repository with lots more free programs - see , and for more info. This is NOT a first-come-first-served offer - what I'm interested in is helping somebody who needs a basic computer for work, college, job, family or whatever to help with their life but doesn't have the wherewithal - you can ask for yourself or any member of your family or a friend, but this offer isn't just for the asking & I need enough detail to judge properly whatever requests I get. It must also be somebody able to collect it reasonably soon, with access to the internet for updating. You don't need to be a computer expert to use Linux Mint, any more than you need to know how a car works to drive one, and there's a huge user community out there who'll help newbies too - it's based on Ubuntu Linux (itself based on Debian) and similar to Ubuntu Mate, in use by a huge number of people around the world. A basic introductory guide to this laptop and also to Linux generally will be supplied. The more you tell me about why you need it, the more likely you are to be given this laptop, and if you're requesting for your children's schoolwork, I need to know which school they go to check its requirements. I generally turn down more requests than I accept for lack of information - you have been warned! I have been DBS/CRB checked and also recognised by Worcestershire County Council as a Digital Champion volunteer to help people. Thank you for reading!

Free: Pine Office Swivel Chair (Catshill B61) Gifted 1y - This is a pine height adjustable swivel desk chair complete with cushions that I've used for the last few years, which is in fairly good condition, but am now replacing with a newer model on Monday 23rd May next week - so it's free for collection to go to a good home from that date!
