Free: Plants (Westside Waterbury) 5d - Hostas and Ferns. They look terrible in the pictures because of the weather this year and lack of care. Having said that, the Hosta will come back strong and full next year planted in the right location at your place. The ferns had a fast season this year. Cut them down and dig the roots and replant. They too should come back strong in moist shaded area. You dig them, you take them. Everything in the area you see needs to go.

Free: Vintage George Washington bedspread (Westside Waterbury) Gifted 59d - This is a TWIN size ALL cotton bedspread. Made in the USA. It is very heavy and has been in the family for over 50 years (probably more). It does have a small hole in the middle which can be patched or repaired. Overall it is in very good condition for its age. (It was most likely purchased in Howland Hughes.)

Free: Twin bed sheet set (Westside Waterbury) Gifted 61d - Color of design is cranberry and a light beige. Consists of 1 flat sheet, 1 fitted sheet and 1 pillow case. There is also a tailored bed skirt and 2 pillow covers. 100% polyester. Brand is J.C. Penney. I dont believe they were ever used but all have been freshly laundered.

Free: Vintage quilt (Westside Waterbury) Gifted 61d - All cotton vintage quilt. Needs repair/restoration. Was used in our family beach house for years. Twin size.

Free: Peugeot racing bike (Westside Waterbury) Expired 71d - Needs some restoration and TLC. It was a gift to my son who recently passed. He used it as his every day transportation for years before being stored in my shed. The tire pictured is no good. However there is another tire and that is very good. The brake mechanisms work but one pad is missing and all should be checked. This was an expensive bike when new and with a little elbow grease you could have a great bike for years to come. I prefer to give the bike to someone who will fix and use it rather than resell it. I appreciate honesty. Available this weekend.

Free: Antique Birdseye Maple bedroom set (Westside Waterbury) Gifted 76d - This rare Birdseye Maple bedroom set was made in NY in 1920 or slightly earlier. It consists of a full size bed with side boards, bureau and chifforette chest. My father-in-law received it on his 7th birthday in 1921. It has remained in the family for 100 years. Unfortunately, there is a round mark on the top of the bureau where a guest put a cup of cocoa. The mirror for same bureau was broken during its last move. One corner of the frame cracked but has been properly fixed. I would like this set to go to another family who will treasure it, care for it and hopefully pass it down through their family. I am also open to donation to a museum should you know of one that would be interested. It is currently being stored in my garage and needs to be moved into a better environment very soon.

I believe it can be fixed with wood glue and a clamp which I will be trying this weekend. Or, if you are a woodworker, you might prefer to do it yourself. I am also open to donation to a museum should you know one that would be interested. It is currently being stored in my garage, not the best place for pieces of this quality.

Free: Shower curtain fancy (Westside Waterbury) Gifted 116d - This a long fancy see through shower curtain overlay. It is Not waterproof. The curtain is white with ivory detail. Very Good to Excellent condifion.

Free: Tapestry Throw pillow (Westside Waterbury) Expired 116d - Good condition. Machine washable. It is on the flatter side , always was aka not flattened by use. Material is soft not scratchy.
