Double Divan bed base and mattress (PL1) 43d - Old double divan bed, no drawers and old double mattress, bit saggy, and some stains,( but we have been sleeping on it full time till today..)..may do for a temporary bed for someone ? or a spare bed for occasional use?

Garden Wendy House/Shed (Millbrook PL10) Expired 122d - This is an old shed which I think was a wendy house for children because the door is too low for adults , but it actually the size of a normal shed, apart from the door. But there is room to increase the height of the door slightly into the roof apex but you'd need some carpentry skills. You just have to bend your head to get in there. It has what were two small bunk beds built into it but these seem have been used for shelves for a number of years and would need quite a bit of clean up before you'd want to sleep in them. However this may be useful for somebody. I'm not sure how much it would stay together when removed though. You would need to remove it and dismantle it yourself as I've got a dodgy back so I wouldn't be able to help really . I haven't measured it exactly as I'm not there at the moment but I believe it's about two metres by 2 metres. With a little additional porch section on the front. And two windows either side of the door.

These are in reasonable condition, it's just that I don't like the style and I'm going to just put up some shelves instead. It's the wall ones all along the top that I want to get rid of, not the floor standing ones along the bottom. There are about eight different cabinets, including a couple of corner ones..

8 kitchen cabinets (Millbrook PL10) Expired 122d - Free to anyone who is willing and able to come and take them down themselves. I wouldn't be able to help much as I've got a dodgy back. These are in reasonable condition, it's just that I don't like the style and I'm going to just put up some shelves instead. It's the ones all along the top that I want to get rid of, not the ones along the bottom. There are about eight different cabinets, made up of six straight cabinets and two corner cabinets. I'll need to keep the extractor fan section. There are also some pieces that match which have been used to hold the electric lights but these have been disconnected now. So you can have these pieces too if you like.

Plastic garden chair (PL1) Expired 174d - ANY COLOUR. FOR USE IN SHOWER FOR MY MUM. Needs to be in reasonable condition, not broken in any way.

Slimline fridge w 50 h 80 d 48 (PL1) Gifted 206d - This fridge is fairly old but clean. It has an icebox which ices up fast and tends to drip . However it would suit someone for a temporary stop gap? Still working :) Width 50cm, Height 80cm, Depth 48cm. You would need two people to collect as it is on first floor of terraced house so you would need to carry it down the stairs yourselves as there isn't anyone in the house who would be able to help carry it.

Old handbag - reuse suede? (PL1) Expired 1y - This handbag is old but the suede could be reused for some other purpose. The lining is ripped so you could alternatively mend the lining and use it as a handbag again. It isn't very dirty but may need a bit of a wash. The colour is a soft brown mushroom sort of a colour. It is approx. 38 cm long and 23cm high. The strap is quite short, it isn't a shoulder strap, the total length from one end to the other of the strap is about 85 cm.

4 Bags of soil rubble mix (BS3) Gifted 1y - Good for base of a patio or something? However I don't have a lot. 4 bags, approx 25L per bag. It is just stuff scraped off the top of my front lawn after the builders had re-rendered, so it includes small bits of concrete

Small pieces natural limestone (BS3) Gifted 1y - I have approx 7 Litres ish of small pieces of natural limestone. Each piece approx 2x2cm - 5x5cm. Any use for anyone for a creative project or just for putting in bottom of plant pots for drainage?

Approx 1.5L green masonry paint (BS3) Gifted 1y - Dulux weathershield. Dark turquoise green

Large roll roofing felt (BS3) Gifted 1y - Been outside over last couple of winters. 1m wide. It was from roofing company Katepal and supposed to be good quality and sticky on underside ( peel off backing ). No idea if still sticky. I never used any. Not sure how long the roll is , possibly about 5m? ( ( Roll is 20cm deep , felt is 1m wide)

Cream seat cushion (BS3) Gifted 1y - One cream seat cushion which has a seat and a back portion attached. It just needs a wash. Says doesn't go in machine but I am sure it would be ok...

King size mattress protector (BS3) Gifted 1y - The picture shows it folded in half as it us so large. This is very large and thick and only just fits in a normal washing machine. For this reason I'm giving it away because it's too big for my purposes. However it's very good quality. It doesn't have any elastic for the corners so basically just like a very large square piece of material but it's so huge that you don't really need anything to keep the corners on. As it can tuck right under the mattress. I'm not even sure it's designed to be a mattress protector, it may be something completely different but I don't know what! A tenant left it behind. It is a cream colour.

A variety of plastic pot plants (PL1) Gifted 1y - All good condition!

Small table (PL1) Gifted 1y - Coffee table, wood with polish

Large wardrobe unit (PL1) Gifted 1y - Wardrobe, shelving and drawers all in one! In very good condition. I think it's made of a sort of MDF material . It's not real wood but has a wood style finish. 127cm wide, 54 cm deep and approx 2m high. This will need to be somewhat dismantled to be taken out of the flat , as I don't think it will fit in one piece. So I need someone who's willing to dismantle it as I won't be able to do that myself. Also I have a bad back so I can't really help carrying it out so probably need you to bring 2 people.

2 Wooden chairs (PL1) Gifted 1y - These old chairs may not meet fire regulations , as they don't have the 1988 furniture fire label, however I did hear from somewhere that if soft furnishings are very old then they don't need a fire label because they aren't made of the dangerous stuff. They are more likely to be made of horsehair for example. However I have no idea how old these chairs are so I can't say, but they would either be good for upholstering , or if someone who's willing to look into the age of the chairs and see if they would be safe. They are very lovely chairs, the wood is really beautiful and very comfortable.

Brown suede bag lining ripped (PL1) Expired 1y - I wondered of anyone can use this suede for making anything as the lining is ripped but the suede is in good nick though would be best ater a wash.
