Can be used as pram or adjusted as baby gets bigger to toddler stage.Very clean,this does have a little rattle sound at the bottom but does not effect functions unfortunately I can't find the black bar to go across,but again this is not really needed. Lovely swivel wheels, Bottom part (basket) is missing but this can be brought from Amazon ect Great to use as a spare,or for grandparents. Pet and smoke free home.It would be great if collected today. Collection Hampton
