A six foot (approx) artificial Christmas Tree. It comes in three parts, as shown, and has its own base. It also has a rather battered cardboard box for storage. No instructions, but assembly is simple.

A nice period (1930s?) smaller wardrobe, perhaps for a child's bedroom? Generally in good condition, in polished matched veneers. Internally there is a top shelf, with hanging rail below. Overall size (WxDxH) inches 30x18x63 centimetres 76x46x159 The door stop needs a small amount of attention. Will fit in most medium or large hatchbacks or estates.
