Used to be 4 slice but the lifter inside one of the slots fell off (see photo). Probably fixable to upgrade back to 4 slice caoability. All he heating elements work ok!

Working ok *but* the knob to open it is slipping on the bolt (third pic) so it’s not straightforward to open it up to clear jams / sharpen blade etc.! … so if you’re capable of fixing that then it’s good as new :)
