Coleman gas grill. I'll include a blue rhino propane tank that you can turn in for a credit toward a new one. The grill works and I used it until I got a bigger one. The ignitor doesn't work, but when I was taking pictures today I noticed a wire hanging down that might mean the ignitor is just in the wrong place... Not sure. I always lit it with a long handled lighter. It has been under a cover, but could still use a good cleaning. I'm including the cover, too.

Two equal length sections (connected) of rope lights. These are the old kind in a plastic tube, not led strip lights. Looks like it's about 18 feet. There's a section about 44 inches that doesn't light toward one end (so about 10 or 12 feet continuously lights). See pix.

75 or more tiles. 18" x 18". Something like 15 of them have a little mastic on the back. They have been stored outside, so they will need a good cleaning. They are made to look like traditional hardwood flooring (I'd say). I meant to use them but now the projects I have are too big (not enough tile) or not compatible (the wood look doesn't work). I hope someone can use them!

A working Bowflex TreadClimber TC5000 that looks lightly used. We bought this off Facebook Marketplace a few years ago, and it just never met our needs. Specifically, it's not great for running. It is designed to combine walking and stair climbing. This thing is smaller than most treadmil-like devices, and it manages to be much heavier, so you'll need to bring help to get this to your truck.

Pro-Form 540 Treadmill (Adelphi near mill 20783)

This Pro-Form 540 treadmill folds up for storage. It has an electronically controlled incline function up to 15%. It has a very nice user-facing fan to cool the user. It also has a weird problem. Once you turn it off, it can't be turned on again for some indeterminate time. I found I could unplug it, turn it off, and let it sit overnight, and the next day, it always works fine again. So you can't stop your workout and then restart right away. We tried to get tech support from the company, and that didn't work because we aren't the original owners. It seems like an electronic part just needs to be replaced, but we didn't run testers on everything to figure out what that might be. As with most treadmills, it's heavy, so you'll need help moving it.

4 pack plus 2 loose quest protein shakes (6 total). Bought these and my son liked them. Got more and he stopped drinking them. Shrug. These are 30g protein for 160 calories. 3 carbs. They sell them at whole foods, bit i got these from Amazon. Porch pick up.
