Free: Gold coloured letterbox flap (Sydenham SE26) For outside of letterbox. Slots in. Used but very good condition no marks or scratches on the front.

Free: Letterbox flap with brush (Sydenham SE26) Promised A letterbox flap which lifts up and a brush entrance for the letters. From Screwfix, new in unopened packaging.

Free: 3 chrome door handles (Sydenham SE26) Promised Two in original packaging, one unused but not in packaging. Chrome door handles, two with lock spaces. Does not include the latch mechanism, just the plates as pictured. A bit dusty but I've given them a wipe and otherwise perfect condition.

Free: Two metal shelf brackets (Sydenham SE26) Quite old and bashed up metal brackets, condition as per picture but in good working order, good for a shed or attic shelf.

Free: Shower arm (Sydenham SE26) Bristan shower arm in gunmetal grey. Opened but unused and in original packaging. Comes as part of shower kit but was unneeded. Doesn't include the shower head just the arm to fix it onto.

Free: Insulating window film (Sydenham SE26) Gifted Stick on transparent film to stick onto windows to add extra draught protection to single glazed windows and keep warmth in. Sticks on, instructions on the back. 3 packs, all opened but unused.

Free: Ronseal Decking protector - opened (Sydenham SE26) Promised 5l tin, Opened, about 3/4 full. Left by previous occupants so not sure how old it is but it is liquid and looks fine!

Free: Room thermometer/ humidity sensor (Sydenham SE26) Gifted Room thermometer clock and humidity sensor. Works but needs a new battery (AA). Used but good working order.

Free: Child stair gate Lindam Argos (Sydenham SE26) Gifted Argos child stair gate in good condition. Fits most size doorways with tension fitting, no tools required except a spanner. Comes with X4 screw attachments but missing the pads to stop it damaging the wall and the 'spanner' tool that it came with (see online instruction manual image attached).

Free: Ironing board (Sydenham SE26) Full size ironing board which opens up to stand and cover. Cover is in used condition but all usable and lots of life in it yet.

Free: Underlay for vinyl flooring etc (Sydenham SE26) Black plastic underlay for eg vinyl flooring. 6 sheets of 38x 117cm and one of half that. With some damage and marks as pictured.

Free: 5l PVA (Sydenham SE26) 5l PVA, opened and not sure when bought - but liquid inside. Also have a 2.5l PVA which I can't open the top of to check....but feels liquid when tipped and is also available to anyone who wants it!

Free: Two child table booster seats (Sydenham SE26) Two ingenuity brand booster seats for attaching to chairs so little kids reach the table easier. They have adjustable clip straps which attach around the chair. Missing the straps to strap the child in place so just usable as a seat. Ideal for around a 3 or 4 year old. Both clean and used but in good condition.

Free: 5 opened but usable tins of paint (Sydenham SE26) Gifted 5 tins - all opened but the paint inside is still good. Further details below. 1) valspar walls and ceilings dark blue Matt - keep the peace. About three quarters full in a 5L pot. Bought and opened in Feb 2021 so pretty old. 2) Dulux magnolia walls and ceilings Matt, about 3 quarters full in a 2.5l tin. 3) valspar walls and ceilings Matt, dark green Loire valley. Bought and opened September 2022. About half full of a 2.5l tin. 4) valspar walls and ceilings Matt, orange Sunset in Provence. About two thirds full of a 2.5l tin. Bought and opened September 2022. 5) Rustin's quick dry satin paint interior or exterior about half full of little 250ml tin. Water based. Not sure when bought it looks old! But I recently used some of the paint and it came up fine.

Free: Car rain cover with clips (Sydenham SE26) Gifted A rain cover to cover a leaky car or other similarly sized object! Clips on with clips as shown. Used but clean and in good condition with no holes etc.

Free: Lascal mini buggy board universal (Sydenham SE26) Gifted Used and grubby but still in good working order. Compatible with nearly all buggies - search Argos lascal mini buggy board to find all the details of compatibility. Missing the strap that comes with it to allow it to fold up, but its usable for down and a caribeener clip on another strap would do the trick to fold it up out of the way. Comes with two clips not pictured to fix it onto the buggy
