Free: Sofa Bed (High Bentham LA2) Promised Double Sofa Bed, Charcoal, Hardly Used Fold out sofa bed, folds out into a double size bed, metal frame. Good condition. Been used very little and kept under a cover indoors. (No one has even sat on it much) Charcoal chenille fabric. Looks great, cushions still fluffy, mechanically perfect. You will need at least two strong people and a large vehicle as we can't help you lift it. Sofa bed is located on the first floor, and we can move our car, so it can be loaded directly into your vehicle. Please be sure you have an appropriate vehicle for moving large furniture and at least two STRONG people to help you lift it. Collection from High Bentham. Measurements are as follows: Mattress 44x69 inches Sofa width: 70 inches (arm to arm) Depth: 34 deep (without the cushions on) Height of back: 25 inches high (without the cushions on)

Free: Bundle Children's Socks (High Bentham LA2) Gifted Bundle of children's socks, unopened packet of 5 pair, 4 loose pair, new, but washed. All unused. 2 pair have grippy bottoms. The loose pairs seem to be for older children, the packet of 5 pair for smaller children. I received these as a bonus gift, but have no use for them, as I have no children in the house. These will need to be collected from High Bentham.

Free: Aloe vera leaves (High Bentham LA2) Expired Hi- Had to snip a few aloe vera leaves off my massive aloe plant, just to get out the french doors into the garden. Anybody need some? I haven't got a sunburn, or any other skin irritations at the moment, so no use to me. If nobody needs them, I'll just compost them, but seems a waste if someone might be able to them. Free: Beech Colored Office Desk (High Bentham LA2) Gifted Light beige/beech colored office desk with attached filing cabinet and slide out printer tray. Very nice desk in very good condition, extremely sturdy. Please note the corner cut out at the back. It came to us like that. (Very small, hardly noticeable. I believe it was manufactured like that.) All drawers and and doors move freely. You will need two people and probably a truck or van. I have more photos, should you require them. Desk has been dismantled into three pieces for ease of transport.

Free: Solid Pear Wood Desk (High Bentham LA2) Gifted Solid Pear Wood Desk. No, it does not come apart. 77cm high, 54.5cm wide, 162 cm long. We paid 300-400.00 for this desk second hand a few years back. It's a very solid, sturdy piece of furniture. It has a keyboard tray, 1 cabinet and 3 drawers. (Also, holes for gadget holes to travel through inside the cabinet, so your tower, or something that needs electrics can sit in there) Has two smallish blemished areas on the top, but the damage is superficial and easily remedied. You will need at least two strong people to move this desk, as it isVERY heavy. It will NOT fit in anyone's car, so you'll need a van. If you want to hire a professional to collect it for you, that's fine, too. Please note: The desk is upstairs. Having a spring clean- Surplus to requirements. Collection from High Bentham. Free: Samsung Condenser Dryer, Needs Professional Clean (High Bentham LA2) Gifted Hi- We are replacing our old condenser dryer (about 1 years old?), as we just never made friends with this one. It works fine. It just smells funny (Probably needs a professional clean of the inner workings, or if you are very handy, you may be able to do it yourself) Nice looking graphite color, window in the front. SAMSUNG - Series 5+ DV80T5220AN/S1 WiFi-enabled 8 kg Heat Pump Tumble Dryer - Graphite Product code 727480 If the delivery people of the new dryer won't take it away, it will go to the tip very soon.
