Free: Miracle-Gro all purpose soluble plant food x 2 unused (Deanburn EH26) Gifted 15d - I no longer need these. Unused. Plant food that is added to the watering can.

Free: IKEA Kallax wire shelf insert unused in original packaging (Deanburn EH26) Gifted 71d - This has never been used.useful for using up space at top of a shelf box.

Free: Samsonite 2 wheeled suitcase with pulling handle (Deanburn EH26) Gifted 71d - The suitcase is in full working order with 2 wheels and carrying handle. Medium sized with plenty of internal space and a zipped pocket on the front. The only problem is some wear at the bottom of the front section where we’ve put some duct tape but it’s not that bad apart from looking a bit scruffy. 23” x 18” x10”.

Free: TV and stand with remote control by Techwood 36” screen (Deanburn EH26) Gifted 123d - The TV is in good working order, just replaced by a slightly bigger one.

Free: Large green suitcase by Carlton (Deanburn EH26) Gifted 162d - Very strong suitcase with lots of pockets, all zips working and has 2 wheels but the extendable handle is unfortunately stuck in place so the top handle needs to be used instead if wheeling it along, or it may be possible to buy a strap that would solve this. Measurements are 26” high x 19” wide. In terms of depth there is a lot of expansion and it’s a very adaptable suitcase.

Free: Two-wheeled large suitcase by Antler (Deanburn EH26) Gifted 162d - In reasonable condition with all zips and the retractable handle fully working. Measurements are 28” long x 17” wide x 9” deep. Only defect is some external discolouring near top handle.

Free: Collapsible 3-wheeled walker with basket (Deanburn EH26) Gifted 162d - This is in reasonable condition - made by NRS Healthcare. It folds together for storage and has a basket and tray with a storage bag below the basket. The height is adjustable. Happy to deliver within a reasonable distance.

Free: Double duvet IKEA in reasonable condition (Deanburn EH26) Gifted 210d - The duvet has a polyester filling and the size is 200cm x 200cm (79” x 79”). It has had a lot of use, but still in reasonable condition. May also have a use for pets.

Free: Electric kitchen hob Neff (Deanburn EH26) Gifted 210d - Was in working condition when we had our kitchen upgraded. It is a 4 ring ceramic hob with timer. Measurements are width 57cms, depth 50 cms. 230 V. Sorry for poor quality photos- difficult to get a clear photo.

Free: Bathroom towel rail in chrome electric and hot water (Deanburn EH26) Gifted 217d - Surplus when our bathroom was refitted and in working order at that time. Can be used as part of a gas central heating system or on its using electrical connection. Measurements are Width 19.5” Height 50.5” including connector. In good condition.

Free: Ironing Board (Deanburn EH26) Gifted 260d - Standard size of ironing board. It is by no means new but there is still plenty of life left particularly if the cover is replaced. Please let me know if you’d like the measurements.

Free: Fibre Underlay Boards (Deanburn EH26) Gifted 261d - These are surplus after recent works. Good with wooden floors. 9 whole boards measuring 59.5 cms x 80 cms. See link attached.

Free: IKEA wall mounted coat hanger and shelf (Deanburn EH26) Gifted 267d - This would be suitable for a hall (where we used it for coats) or even in a bedroom. Takes up little space. All fittings necessary are included. Storage is on top and coats can be hung on the metal bar underneath.

Free: Ironing board (Deanburn EH26) Expired 1y - This is quite an old ironing board but still perfectly usable. Can be given a new cover if wished.

Free: Pottery Lamp Base (Deanburn EH26) Gifted 1y - In good working condition, pottery base in a random pattern of blue, grey and mauve. The original flex was too short and an extension has been added. We have a cream Laura Ashley shade as well which is available although it’s not a perfect fit. The height to the top of the bulb fitting is 9.5”. Will take a normal bayonet fitted bulb.

Free: Wool carpet in rust 2.85m x 2.95m (Deanburn EH26) Expired 1y - This is an almost square piece of wool carpeting which we are replacing due to other redecoration. Measurements as above with extra areas at doorways which are not included in these measurements. We are in Milton Bridge close to A702 and A701.

Free: 2 large strong cardboard boxes suitable for moving (Deanburn EH26) Gifted 1y - The larger is 24” (high) x 19” x 19”. The smaller is 22” x 19” x 19”. There’s also quite a bit of bubblewrap that the items in them originally were wrapped in. We are 4 miles from the Lothianburn or Straiton junctions on the bypass just before Penicuik.

Free: Spare shelves for fitted kitchen units (Deanburn EH26) Expired 1y - These are spare shelves, intended for a high cupboard but never needed. There are 7 in all and each is 46 cms x 43cms. They have 4 inserts on the underneath for fitting. We are in Milton Bridge.

Free: Baking trays, teapot and thermos (Deanburn EH26) Gifted 1y - Includes a flat baking tray, a 12 hole tart tray, 2 loaf tins, a loose bottomed flan tin, a solid bottom round cake tin, a teapot, a thermos and a couple of beakers. All are very usable and some hardly used. The flan tin and cake ration are nonstick I think. Having a clear out. Can drop off at West End as well.

Free: New ceiling light fittings (2) (Deanburn EH26) Expired 1y - These are spare from a recent renovation. They were fitted as new but are surplus as we already had fittings to use. One flex is longer than the other - one is 21” long, the other 35” long. Fittings are for bayonet bulbs.

Free: 4 Silicon baking items (Deanburn EH26) Gifted 1y - As shown in photo. I have too many and these are unused. We are in Milton Bridge but I can hand over in Edinburgh West End if that’s more convenient.

Free: Microwave (Deanburn EH26) Gifted 1y - This is a Panasonic Inverter in working order which is spare following our kitchen upgrade. Has various automatic settings. Please let me know if you want any further info.

Free: Water and beer glasses (Deanburn EH26) Expired 1y - We have a variety of water and 1 pint glasses for anyone that can use them. Collection in Penicuik area.
