Horse riding kit (Fowlis Wester PH7)

Wondering if anyone out there has any surplus to requirement horse riding kit or unused tack which they would be happy to part with? These would be loved by our ponies and young riders in the local RDA branch. Our riders vary from 6 to 17. Not all of our riders can necessarily get their own kit for various reasons. Lots of small offcuts of insulation slabs. There is a window handle right in the middle to give some idea of scale. If anyone could use them it wpuld save them going to landfill. They could be used in a patchwork fashion using sealant or glue to join them for insulating garden shed or suchlike. 🤔

Looking for any fairly thick rubber matting if anyone is getting rid of some? Ideally I need a few metres and about 5mm or more in thickness? I have a donkey who keeps kicking his shelter so I am hoping to put mats along the wall to prevent further hoof damage. Old stable/gym/garage mats would work.

If anyone is getting rid of a small fridge we would love to have it for a Perthshire charity. We run classes where anyone can join in and using unwanted items create new things. We need a small fridge for milk so that our participants can have a cup of tea or coffee and maybe even store a packed lunch or suchlike. If you think you may have anything suitable please let me know. If you want to know more about the charity I can explain all our projects further. Thanks. 😊

If anyone is taking up old slabs and wants them removed I would love to have them. Ideally 600x600 would be best but 900x600 would be okay too. 450x450 would be OK but I'd need about 60 of them. I'd only need about 35 of the 600x600. Even if you just have some perhaps I could build up enough over the next wee while? Thanks for considering.🙂

Can anyone use these foam insulation panels? I have 30 to 40 of them and seems a shame to have to dump them. Perhaps could insulate a shed or he/she cave? Also maybe useful for packing delicate things? Maybe about 80 x 20cm each?

Fold away wheelchair, toilet support, raised toilet seat, shower chair and perch stool. Will give them a good clean before collection. Perch stool could use a new piece of vinyl over the seat which would be easy to staple on. All used but still in decent condition. Preference will be given to someone able to use all or most of the items.

Hoover fridge freezer. Currently being used as a drinks and donkey food store but too big and now have a smaller one to use. Can anyone use it before it goes to the recycling centre? Should still have plenty life left in it. Will clean a bit if anyone wants it. Probably about 6' tall but can measure precisely if anyone wants it. 😊

I volunteer for a Perthshire charity which aims to prevent homelessness amongst other services. Our day centre is frequently offered foodstuffs which would be most beneficial to the clients. However, they are finding that the normal fridge is not working well with displaying the food available and clients are unable to see without rummaging through. A commercial style fridge with a glass front would allow the service users to see and easily get what they can use and would also ensure volunteers can sort out food with BBE dates being obvious. If any local businesses are perhaps replacing current fridges or think they have anything that could be useful it would be wonderful. Thank you for considering us.

Our local RDA group are teaching the participants about horses, tack etc and a large model/toy horse would really help when we do theory sessions. The participants work towards certificates and need to be able to name parts of horses, bits of tack etc. If you think you might have something suitable we would be truly grateful. Thanks. 🐎

Very good condition. Not solid wood but still does the job it is intended for. Only getting rid of it as we need to remove furniture from the room to get disability equipment in. Speedy collection is preferred.

We got this from a lovely man called Griff a couple if years ago on freegle and promised when we could no longer use it we would pass it on to someone else who could make use of it. The time has come for us to pass it on so if anyone out there could do with it let me know. It is very heavy so would need a good sized cat boot and two strong people to remove it. It was fully functional last time we had it out. Battery may need charging etc. Would like it gone soon but also want to make sure it goes to a good home.
