- Beige marble effect (I believe it’s “composite” marble). Heavy. Came out unmarked. There are 4 small holes where an electric fire was fixed in front, holes easily disguised. Put base down onto polystyrene on floor, then put upper section on it and screw back to wall (2 bracket sea h side). Upperton Gardens.

- Just given it a hot wash run through with Bosch cleaner, seems to be working fine. Seal needs a good clean, also the drawer and then it’s fit to use. It is in a first floor flat with narrow stairs access, we can help you down with it but it will be heavy. Mayfield Place central-ish Eastbourne

- As photo, complete with worktop which is worn in areas, as are the doors. The oven appears to work but needs a good clean, available with the units. Hob and extract were u/s and gone to tip. Dishwasher and washing machine not included. Wall units are available now, the base units will be taken out in the next couple of weeks. Probably only suitable for garage storage.
