Free: Blue washbasin, pedestal & taps (East Marden) Gifted Blue bathroom basin with pedestal and taps, made by Armitage. Not new but in good condition. From a piece of garden furniture we had delivered and there are a few tears at the ends (which can be seen in photo) but otherwise in pretty good, clean condition. Free: Clematis Alpina - Constance (East Marden) Gifted Has been grown in a large pot for the past several years but could ideally do with planting in the ground now. Had got a bit congested, so I’ve separated the stems and tidied it up a bit. There seem to be some new plantlets forming around the outside of the pot, which you may be able to pot up and use separately. Please note that the terracotta pot isn’t included - I’ll repot into alternative container before collection.

Free: Automatic opener for greenhouse (East Marden) Gifted Univent automatic window opener for greenhouse. Aluminium with double spring design. Measures 34cm x 5cm and comes with screws for fitting. Please note that there’s no heat-activated piston with this, so you’d need to obtain one separately.

Free: 3 Automatic Greenhouse Openers (East Marden) Expired All in good working order when our greenhouse was taken down last week - they open the vents in response to the heat inside the greenhouse, as the wax inside the cylinders expands when it warms up. They’re still attached to the frame, so you’ll need to bring tools to remove them, or take the panels too and remove them at home. Have included a photo of the fixing so you can work out which tools you’d need - I think it’d be a socket set.

Free: Wall rack with 4 hooks - white (East Marden) Expired Backing is wood and the pegs are metal. Measures 45cm long x 7cm high. Happy to drop it off in Rowlands Castle / Havant / Emsworth.

Free: Polythene Greenhouse 4m x 2.5m (East Marden) Expired Double-skinned polythene greenhouse with aluminium frame, made by a company called a Serac. Has door at one end, 3 Bayliss automatic openers, one in the roof and two on the side at ground level. Also has bars on the outside to attach roof shading, although no shading is fitted. The wall of one side (the left, if you're looking at the photo of the inside) is solid white and the roof on that side is mirrored. The right hand side is transparent. It's very efficient at holding heat but the solid sections reduce the amount of light that gets in, although it may be possible to replace the polythene in the solid sections with transparent. Installed in late 1980s and needs to be dismantled and removed in the next week, as the base for the replacement is to be built on the plot. I don't know exactly how large the sections would be once dismantled, but I've measured the largest piece and it looks as though it would be around 297cm x 132cm.

Free: Plastic water butt with tap and lid (East Marden) Gifted Measures 81cm tall x 50cm in diameter. It hasn't been used for a while but I'm fairly certain it didn't leak and I can't see any cracks in it.

Free: Thundershirt for dogs XL (Labrador) (East Marden) Expired Made of stretchy grey jersey with Velcro fastenings. XL size which fits Labrador-size dogs. The jersey-type fabric is a bit bobbly but still has plenty of life left in it and the Velcro closes securely.

Free: 2 tall solid pine shelf units (East Marden) Gifted 2 sets of solid pine wooden shelves which have been used as garage storage. They are very solidly built with no damp, woodworm or other defects. Could be rubbed down and painted for use indoors. One measures 198.5cm tall x 68cm wide x 30cm deep The other is 196.5cm tall x 68cm wide x 30cm deep. You're welcome to have either one, or both.

Free: Cold frame: glass & aluminium (East Marden) Gifted Measures 129cm wide x 88cm deep x 65cm high (at highest point). Aluminium frame with glass panels. One of the top panels has broken and part of the glass is missing (see photo) - either needs a new piece of glass or you could leave it as is for extra ventilation. Sits direct on the soil (no base).

Free: Dog toys and metal bowls (East Marden) Expired The bowls are stainless steel and measure 16cm and 19cm across. There are two solid rubber balls and one ball with gaps to poke treats into, plus one large round frame-type ball, which is very solidly-made and can withstand determined chewing! Can drop off within Rowlands Castle / Havant / Emsworth.

Free: Hozelock hose & tap fittings (East Marden) Expired 1 x hose end connector, 2 x outdoor tap adjusters (3/4" with 1/2" adaptors), 1 x connector for 4mm tube and 1 (I think) accessory adaptor with threaded 3/4″ BSP to enable quick connection between Hozelock accessories such as sprinklers and connectors. All new and unused.

Free: Mirror in wood windowpane frame (East Marden) Gifted This was a door front from an old wall-mounted kitchen cupboard, which I'd intended to paint and use somewhere in the garden, but never got around to using. It is in a heavy, solid pine frame and is 71cm x 48cm. May be able to drop it off in Rowlands Castle / Havant / Emsworth or Chichester.

Free: 2 Unused Fibre-filled cushion pads (East Marden) Gifted Brand new and unused - they are from John Lewis and the hollow fibre filling is firm and supportive. They measure 45cm x 45cm and are 20cm thick. Filling could also be used for stuffing toys etc. as there is plenty of it!

Free: Vintage Japanese Satsuma Vase (East Marden) Gifted A lovely old handpainted vase measuring 31cm tall x 11cm across at widest point. The top part has been repaired at some point in the past (before we owned it, so I don't know when), as can be seen in the photos, but the body is sound and watertight. Free: 3 vintage green cushions (East Marden) Expired Square ones measure approx 35cm x 35cm and the rectangular one is 50cm x 37cm. Fabric is washable ribbed faux velvet, stitched all round with feather filling, so the whole thing can go in the wash. Hand made about 40 years ago.

Free: Rhubarb seedlings (var. "Victoria") (East Marden) Gifted An easy rhubarb to grow - gives a good crop of greenish coloured, juicy stalks. The seedlings will be ready to plant out this autumn, but you'll need a bit of patience, as you shouldn’t harvest any stems in the first year after planting, and only a few in the second, to allow the plants to get well established. In the third year, you can harvest normally. Needs a spot in full sun and in a well-drained area of the garden, or could be planted in a large container. Once planted it should not be moved.
