- 3 sachets of kefir culture (bb Sept 21) These are starter sachets which each make about a litre. Used one last week and they are still working fine but you can keep spawning from the one you have so don’t need these. Also have an instruction booklet if it’s your first time making but it’s really simple and creates a yoghurty type drink that’s great for balancing stomach flora.

- Faux leather black corner sofa bed. A few years old, worn in some places - see photos - but still perfectly useable and functional. Sofa bed pulls out smoothly. Plenty of storage for bedding etc. Dismantles into two pieces to move. Sofa bed measures 2m x 140cm (double bed size) (In the photos you can see that the seat cover near the join is wearing out, the backs of the cushions still attach with Velcro but some material has come open and there’s is a tea stain on the corner of the bed extension. Most of this is not even noticeable and none of it affects use.) Please don’t ask for this unless you have transport for it.

- A good quality Draper self-inflating mat with valve in corner. Seems to deflate slightly overnight now but could prob be solved by putting some tape in the grooves. It’s still a much better (wider and thicker) mat than the normal camping ones. Open the valve to roll it up.

- This ideally would need sanding down and the metal repainting to look better but it’s perfectly functional as is. Was at the house when we moved in but I daren’t use it with all the cats around! Hopefully someone else has a better situation for it. There are two empty hooks that additional feeders could be hung on too. Just sticks straight into the ground. Stands about six feet tall when solidly pushed into ground.
