Free: Titan water cooled 500W tile cutter (Neville's Cross DH1) Gifted 1y - This electrically powered tile cutter will cut ceramic tiles smoothly and accurately using a diamond crusted cutting wheel, that runs in a bath of water to cool and lubricate the cutting process. It was working well last year when I last used it. It does splash water quite liberally and I've always used it outside in order to minimize the spray. I am downsizing and am unlikely to embark on any further tiling adventures, and since its a bulky item to store, it must go.

Free: Shimano shoes (size 39) with pedals (Neville's Cross DH1) Gifted 1y - These virtually new shoes were bought for my wife, but after one trip they and the pedals were relegated to the attic. Both shoes (fitted with their cleats) and the pedals are in excellent condition.

Free: Collection plastic storage vessels (Neville's Cross DH1) Expired 1y - Mixed collection of six useful transparent plastic storage containers, all in good useable condition.

Free: Triceps bar plus weights (Neville's Cross DH1) Gifted 1y - Triceps bar designed to focus exercise on the triceps muscles at the back of upper arms. The bar comes with six free weights, 2 x 2.5kg and 4 x 1.25kg. Both the bar and the weights have some surface rust which does not impact on their use but otherwise are in good condition.

Free: Trailer bar (Neville's Cross DH1) Gifted 1y - This trailer bar is fitted with a seven pin plug as used on older style tow bars, but was working when last used. I only used it to remain legal when loading up the rear tailgate of my car with bikes that partially obscured the car's number plate. The plastic structure is sound but the yellow marks were left when I removed the old cars duplicate number plate.

Free: Ikea Bolman Step (Neville's Cross DH1) Gifted 1y - This white slip resistant step is suitable to give children or adults a 'step up' in the world, and is particularly useful for them to reach work surface or cupboards that are just out of reach. It is approximately 10" high, 18" long and 14" wide. Good condition.

Free: Pulley blocks (Neville's Cross DH1) Gifted 1y - This twin pulley block system may be out of the ark, but it still offers a 4 to 1 mechanical lifting advantage to those with the patience to set them up properly. In my younger days I've used these pulleys to lift and lower engines or to raise and lower items too heavy to carry up a ladder into my loft space. Perhaps they belong in Beamish (or a skip) but before I do something alien to the purpose of this site, I thought I'd better offer them to someone with the potential to use them one last time!

Free: Halfords wheel clamp (Neville's Cross DH1) Gifted 1y - This wheel clamp is in robust working condition and can be adjusted to fit snugly around wheels of different diameters and widths. There are limits however, and in the fully extended setting the maximum diameter is around 62cm (24 inches) while maximum tyre width is approximately 21cm (8 inches). I last used it on my old Ford Focus some years ago, but the tyres on my last few cars have been too wide or too big. It would probably be ideal for a typical caravan wheel, but if this is of potential interest to you I strongly suggest checking the size of your wheels first.

Free: Wine glasses (Neville's Cross DH1) Gifted 1y - Two different sets of new unused glasses. Stored in my attic for a few years but require rehoming due to need to downsize. There are five generously proportioned stemmed wine glasses with individually engraved designs. I broke the sixth when taking photograph (ahh!). The second set comprises four even larger tulip shaped glasses, which would probably suit someone who likes to empty the bottle with fewest possible number of refills.

Free: Marshal brick tongs (Neville's Cross DH1) Gifted 1y - Brick tongs are adjustable in length and designed to carry several bricks at once via self clamping faces, once handle is lifted. I've used them to lift and accurately position 60cm x 60cm concrete paving onto pre prepared concrete sub base using a single handed lift. Sadly those days are gone and they need to move on to a new home.

Free: Child/infant safety gate (Neville's Cross DH1) Gifted 1y - This standard sized safety gate (from ASDA Home) is designed to fit within standard door frame or top/bottom staircase. Can be opened or closed via one-handed operation by an adult or older child. It is easily fitted or removed by use of a 15mm open ended spanner on four integral expanding bolts fitted with rubber end caps. Unfortunately the original instructions are no longer available, but it is fairly intuitive in fitting and operation. It has been stored in our attic for a few years and so is in need of cleaning, but otherwise is ready for a new life in a new home.

Free: Chest of Drawers (Neville's Cross DH1) Gifted 1y - Five drawer chest in a medium dark stained finish with lacquered brass knobs. 85cm long x 77cm high x39 cm wide. Clean and in a useable condition.

Free: Angle poise lamp (Neville's Cross DH1) Gifted 1y - IKEA chromed angle poise lamp of indeterminate age. Its in working condition and still has its peculiar IKEA style bulb, but would benefit from a quick clean and polish. While there is some superficial surface pitting on the base but otherwise in good condition.

Free: Halford roof bars (Neville's Cross DH1) Gifted 1y - These Halford roof bars are complete and ready to go. In the past I've used them to securely fix a roof box, cycle racks or the transport assorted items such as ladders on the roof of various cars. They easily fix to pre existing roof rails in minutes without the need for tools. In the past I've used them on a VW Passat and a Volvo XC70. However they may not fit some more modern cars with roof rails that are a close fit to the car roof. There needs to be a minimum clearance between the bottom of the roof rail and the car roof for them to fit properly. For example, they would not fit under the roof rails on my Skoda Kodiaq or Nissan Qashqai.

Free: Picture frames (Neville's Cross DH1) Gifted 1y - Three glazed picture frames that are now surplus to requirements after their contents have been sent overseas. They measure 32cm x 32cm, 39cm x 39cm & 58cm x 46cm. They are in good condition and come with fixings to secure base boards.
