Swift CD (Silverdale) 33d - Despite a v tall house & alluring sound effects, , my swift box failed as the sparrows found it first & they also blocked the guttering ! Lots squawky sounds to hopefully lure swifts in for you. Silverdale

Cotton Velvet Curtains (Silverdale) Withdrawn 33d - The 5 long pairs I was so kindly given are all now up in my daughter’s draughty Brighton house and make such a difference. The invented copper pipe rails look good too. There are still 2 shorter windows and the front door with a merry sea gale blowing in all the gaps if anyone else has some old unwanted ones stored away please. Am happy to do any repairs if needed. Long Velvet or Interlined Curtains (Silverdale) Expired 98d - Please has anyone some unwanted long (about 200cm or longer) velvet or warm interlined curtains. My daughter and her young family live in a single glazed Georgian house and it is definitely draughty & chilly. Have relined & re taped 3 pairs brilliant ones that I got from this site & another pair is promised but having now visited over Xmas they will still need more!! TY
