Free: Lilac tinted A4 lined paper (Torrisholme LA4) Gifted 10d - Nearly full pad of A4 lined paper in a pinkish lilac shade. Daughter found it wasn’t quite the right shade of purple for her. Happy for you to collect, or I can post through your letterbox if you’re not too far away from Torrisholme.

Free: Leaf green reading overlay (Torrisholme LA4) Gifted 10d - Cerium leaf green A4 reading overlay for visual stress. This was provided by my daughter’s school when they were querying if she was suffering from visual stress - she’s since had an assessment with the optometrist and has a different colour. This overlay has got a little scuffed and has a couple of scratches, but is still perfectly useable so hopefully helpful as a spare for someone who needs leaf green! I’m happy for you to collect, or I can post it through your door in a card envelope if you’re not too far away.

Request: Very small amount of tile adhesive (Torrisholme LA4) Received 16d - If anyone has a small quantity of useable tile adhesive left over, I would be very happy to take it off your hands :) I just have 3 half-tiles by my kitchen sink that need sticking back on, so I really don’t want to buy a big thing of adhesive for such a tiny area! Request: Small camping kettle (Torrisholme LA4) Withdrawn 19d - My daughter is going away at the weekend on camping trip and needs cooking equipment for just herself. We have everything apart from a kettle, as I just realised whilst digging out the camping stuff that my old small camping kettle had given up the ghost. Does anyone have a smallish one that’s no longer needed please? I’m happy to pick up within a reasonable distance. Thanks and fingers crossed! Free: Dehumidifier - not working (Torrisholme LA4) Gifted 25d - Has given sterling service but something in the electronics is bust. It beeps when plugged in, so it’s not the fuse, but doesn’t do anything else. Wondering if anyone who likes trying to fix stuff would like it before I take to the tip?

Free: Kids’ spacehopper (Torrisholme LA4) Gifted 25d - Child-sized spacehopper, now outgrown. Great for kids who can’t sit still! It inflates with a regular air-bed pump but the batteries just died in mine when I was trying to inflate it to check.

Free: Kids/ladies size 6 wellies (Torrisholme LA4) Gifted 113d - Navy blue and green, older kids or ladies size 6 (they're a narrower fit than men's). They've got a bit scuffed but still waterproof and fully functional as wellies. They're only cheap Shoe Zone ones so not the comfiest for longer walks, but do the job for shorter trips or round the garden.

Free: PC keyboard (Torrisholme LA4) Gifted 113d - Older PC keyboard with darkish grey background and black writing - has the round purple end on the wire, not USB. I recently received 2 PC keyboards from a lovely fellow Freegler, as my daughter couldn't manage with the newer black-background keyboard. She's picked the one that works best for her, so I'm re-freegling this keyboard.

Free: 5 pairs girls black knee socks size 4 - 5.5 (Torrisholme LA4) Expired 126d - 5 pairs of girls black knee socks, shoe size 4-5.5. Slightly bobbly but no holes and still 'elasticy'.

Free: Star Wars nerf gun - faulty (Torrisholme LA4) Expired 127d - Star Wars nerf gun which has sadly stopped firing the nerf darts - if you might be able to fix it, you're very welcome to rescue it from the bin :) Alternatively, it would make a very authentic Stormtrooper blaster (unable to actually hit anything)!!!

Request: Computer keyboard with light-coloured background (Torrisholme LA4) Received 130d - I was wondering if anyone has an old computer keyboard gathering dust in a cupboard - the kind that you used to get with a light grey background and black letters? My daughter has visual stress and finds white writing on a black background extremely difficult to read/process even with her coloured glasses, which makes typing on a modern black keyboard very difficult for her. I don't mind what connection lead it has, as our PC has one of the older round sockets for a keyboard. I'm happy to collect :) Many thanks Rachel Request: Empty laundry liquid bottle (low- or un-scented) (Torrisholme LA4) Expired 132d - I was wondering if anyone has an empty laundry liquid bottle, roughly 750ml/1 litre size, that I could save from your recycling box please? The only thing is my nose is very sensitive to scents, so it would need to be from a low-scent (eg Bio-D, Ecover or similar) or unscented liquid. I buy my laundry liquid in large refill containers and have been refilling the same normal-sized bottle for years. Sadly, the lid has now broken :( I'm happy to pick up, though it's probably not very planet-saving to travel very far to do so....! Free: 8 large Christmas gift bags (Torrisholme LA4) Gifted 135d - I realised whilst packing away the decorations, that we have ended up with far too many large gift bags. 6 of them are pretty strong, they're more like shopping bags, 2 are the strong card type of gift bag. All in very good condition to re-use if you want to pop them away ready for next year :)

Free: 2024 A6 size diary (Torrisholme LA4) Gifted 135d - Santa got me a lovely diary for Christmas but with 2 kids and a husband to organise, I need a big calendar! Free: junior hockey stick in bag (Torrisholme LA4) Gifted 136d - Junior sized hockey stick with carry bag - it's a bit scratched and scuffed but still functional.

Free: Instant flavoured coffee sachets (Torrisholme LA4) Gifted 136d - There are 3 left in each box - daughter has gone off them and I only drink coffee black. The caramel latte are best-before 13th January and the iced salted caramel latte are best-before the end of this month. Just wondering if anyone fancied trying them? I don't imagine the food bank would take open, short-dated boxes....

Free: Assorted mugs and glasses (Torrisholme LA4) Gifted 138d - Collection of assorted mugs and glasses. Might be useful for someone just setting up their first home or community group etc. Ideally I'd like them all to go together. Please say why you would like them when replying :)

Free: Disney Aristocats 100 piece jigsaw (Torrisholme LA4) Expired 138d - Technically 99 pieces...! Sadly 1 piece missing but otherwise excellent condition.

Free: Party poppers - 3 packs (Torrisholme LA4) Gifted 171d - 3 packs of party poppers, either full or nearly full. My mother in law always gives us a packet at Christmas but my daughter hates them!

Request: Folding indoor chair (Torrisholme LA4) Received 192d - My parents-in-law are coming to ours for Christmas dinner but unfortunately I only have 1 spare chair to go at the dining table. I'm very much hoping someone may have something similar to the attached Argos picture in need of a new home, to save my 2 teenagers having to squash on one chair! I'm happy to collect :)

Please say which items you're interested in when replying.

Free: Fairy-making craft supplies (Torrisholme LA4) Gifted 215d - We made the tree-house and a couple of fairies but there is still plenty of stuff left to make a few more fairies (along with instructions)

Free: Kids bracelet making kits (Torrisholme LA4) Gifted 215d - Both have been partly used but have enough left to make more bracelets.

Free: Kinetic sand set (Torrisholme LA4) Gifted 215d - 3 pots/packets of kinetic sand and some accessories for moulding it. It's really clever stuff that keeps its shape for a while when pressed together. Nothing wrong with it, my kids are just having a clear-out.

Free: Disney Frozen stickers (Torrisholme LA4) Gifted 215d - 2 books of Frozen stickers and a couple of extra sheets. All have some stickers missing but there are literally hundreds left, if anyone's child is still into Frozen :)

Free: Aldi's 2in1 dandruff shampoo (Torrisholme LA4) Expired 222d - New and un-used. Bought for my daughter to save time after swimming but was told in no uncertain terms that 2in1 would not work on her hair!

Free: Pink size 3 beach/water shoes (Torrisholme LA4) Expired 245d - The insole lining is coming unstuck but there's still wear left in them - great for protecting small feet on the beach :)

Free: Black waterproof jacket age 11-12 (Torrisholme LA4) Expired 249d - Karrimor black waterproof, not in the best cosmetic condition but still kept my daughter dry when last worn. The outer fabric is going a bit bobbly and has a couple of areas that have been snagged on the velcro and the lining has sadly got torn in a couple of places. Just thought I would offer on here before binning it in case anyone would like a waterproof jacket that they're not worried about getting ruined :)

Free: LGGS PE leggings size 28/30" (Torrisholme LA4) Expired 249d - In reasonable condition still, though some of the light grey stitching is going a bit fuzzy, they're made out of that quick-drying polyester sports fabric rather than cotton. Not an essential item of the PE kit but they are nice. Size is given as waist 28/30" but honestly they're really little, I would say probably age 11-12 or 12-13 at a push in normal kids sizes.

Free: Camp bed (Torrisholme LA4) Gifted 257d - A little on the elderly side, still functional if a little creaky (I know the feeling...!) I received this from Freegle several years ago, it has given us good service but my kids prefer airbeds now. It's adult-sized but a little rickety, so best for children or smaller adults I think, blue canvas fabric with metal poles. It's had a quick vacuum and the poles will all come out if you wanted to wash the fabric. Folds up small.
