Single Bed. Solid wood (pine). External dimensions 2m x 97cm x 65cm (highest point on bed end). Takes standard 6ft x 3ft mattress. Roughly 26cm gap under bed. Currently in 3 pieces but slats can be detached to make more transportable.

Chest of three drawers. W 917mm x D 450mm x H 712mm. Solid softwood and ply. Some wear but fully functional. Used by my son until he hit 16 and his hoodies got too big for the drawers.

22 sheets of clip together 1286 x 192mm laminate wood effect flooring (equates to 5.4 Square metres). Planks are 12mm thick - made from hdf with laminate Upper and lower surface.
